Deze havermoutmuffins zijn erg voedzaam en daardoor een perfecte start van de dag. Eet bijvoorbeeld 1 of 2 muffins naast je (groene) smoothie en je kunt er een paar uur tegenaan! Uiteraard kun je de havermoutmuffins ook als tussendoortje eten of zelfs uitdelen als traktatie.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nDe muffins bevatten veel verschillende vitaminen en mineralen, en zitten dankzij de havermout vol met vezels. Daarnaast zorgen de walnoten en amandelen ervoor dat je ook nog eens gezonde vetten binnenkrijgt. Heb je overdag of &#8217;s avonds lekkere trek?
